Certified Company definition

Certified Company means any legal business entity regardless of its legal structure, including but not limited to corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorship, and associations, that has applied for and has been granted certification based on the requirements contained in the Governance Document of the Certification Program and remains in good standing.
