Certified Employee Organization. MEANS AN EMPLOYEE
Certified Employee Organization means an employee organization that has been certified by the Personnel Board as representing the majority of the eligible employees in an appropriately designated employee representation unit and shall be considered to represent all the employees of that unit, except for those employees who may wish to represent themselves individually.
