Change Order Notice definition

Change Order Notice means a written proposal issued and signed by Owner/Project Manager requesting a change, submitted to Contractor by Owner/Project Manager.
Change Order Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.2.
Change Order Notice means the notice of Change Order issued to Developer by PacifiCorp pursuant to Article 13 and Appendix BB, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit D-3.
