Change Response definition

Change Response is defined in Section 5.2.
Change Response means the written response provided by the Company to the Customer in accordance with Clause 3.2 following an investigation into the effect(s) of the proposed change(s);
Change Response means eSilicon’s written response to a Change Request, which response will identify any new or revised terms of performance resulting from the Change Request, including, without limitation, adjustments to fees and payment schedules, revised delivery schedules, and recovery of costs of any materials and resources rendered excess or obsolete as a result of the Change Request.
