Chore Service definition

Chore Service means assistance with heavy housework, yard work or sidewalk maintenance for persons who need assistance with these activities to assure safety.
Chore Service means the provision of labor-intensive housekeeping services or the removal of environmentally hazardous material that restores the home to a habitable condition so that the occupant can continue to live independently and safely in their own home.
Chore Service means a service that improves, restores, or maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe living environment through the performance of tasks in the consumer's home that are beyond the consumer's capability, and the removal of hazards posing a threat to the consumer's health and welfare.
