Church Facilities definition

Church Facilities means any part of the church property of Cornerstone Chinese Alliance Church located at 4757 14th Avenue, Markham, Ontario, i.e. the sanctuary, all rooms within the buildings, all furniture and equipment belonging to the church, the church grounds and parking area.
Church Facilities means any part of the church property Baptist Church located at 275 West Market Street, Newark, NJ 07103, i.e. the Chapel, the Sanctuary, the Lounge, Seminar Conference Room, the Fellowship Hall, the Sunday School Room, all rooms within the Facilities, all furniture and equipment belonging to the church, the church grounds and parking area.
Church Facilities means any part of the church property of Hope Lutheran Church located at 16898 Michael Ave, Hastings, MN 55033, i.e. the Sanctuary, the fellowship hall, the kitchen, the Foyer, the Preschool and Sunday School classrooms, the administration area, all rooms within the facilities, all furniture and equipment belonging to the church, the church grounds including the lawn, garden, playground, volleyball court, fire pit, basketball court, gag ball pit, and parking area.

  • Every individual, entity or organization wishing to use Church Facilities that is not officially part of the Congregation shall be required to comply with the policy, and follow the application procedures, set forth herein and in the Application.

  • The Church Facilities are sacred religious places and it is the policy of the Congregation that such facilities may never be used in a manner that contradicts or is inconsistent with the foregoing purpose and the terms and conditions of this Policy.

  • The presence of existing Drainage Systems does not imply that there is adequate capacity to receive the minor or major flow from proposed Development, nor does it imply that the existing system is adequate.

  • CERTIFICATION: I certify that I have read the Church Facilities Sacred Space Policy set forth herein and above and that I understand its contents and agree to be bound by its terms.

  • Applicant shall, prior to any use of the Church Facilities, provide the Congregation with a certificate of such insurance issued by the insurer naming the Congregation and the Diocese as additional insured under such policy or policies and evidencing the existence and the effectiveness of such coverage during the entire use of the Church Facilities by the Applicant and the Applicants agents and representatives.

  • This structure has proven adequate for carrying out their functions efficiently, taking into account the Company's size and business and the complexity of the associated risks.REN's Articles of Association do not stipulate a minimum or maximum number of Audit Commission members.As regards the remaining appropriate information, please also refer to point II.17.

  • For purposes of illustration only, this policy shall apply and an application shall be required to be submitted by the following as a prerequisite to being granted permission to use Church Facilities for events that are not sponsored by the Congregation: parishioners, non-parishioners, Knights of Columbus, Girl and Boy Scouts, American Legion, sport teams that are not Congregation sponsored, municipal and civil parish organizations and entities.

  • The Pastor of the Congregation shall have absolute authority to terminate the use of Church Facilities, even if prior approval has been granted, if in his sole discretion the conduct, behavior, actions, or rituals being displayed or conducted at such event is not consistent with the sacred purpose of the Church Facilities as provided herein.

Related to Church Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, garages, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building or facility used solely for school administration.

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;
