CID Projects definition

CID Projects means any public or private improvements within the District, eligible under the CID Act, that are constructed for or in connection with the Development and the remediation of blight within the District, eligible under the CID Act, that are constructed for or in connection with the Development, as set forth in the Petition and further described in Exhibit “C” attached hereto.
CID Projects means the street improvements, sewer lines, water lines, storm water control devices, street lighting, traffic control devises, signage of streets and property identification, sidewalks, landscaping along public walkways and streets, any other public improvements, along with private improvements within the blighted area within the District that are eligible under the CID Act, that are constructed for or in connection with the Development, as set forth in the Exhibit D to the Petition and further described in Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto.
CID Projects means the streets, sewer lines, water lines, storm water basins and storm water control devises, street lighting, traffic control devises, signage of streets and property identification, sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping along public walkways and streets, and any other public improvement within the District, eligible under the CID Act, that are constructed for or in connection with the Development, as set forth in the Petition and further described in Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto.

Examples of CID Projects in a sentence

  • Payments due to the City pursuant to the priority established in Section 3.6 for its Administrative Fee shall take priority over any costs associated with new CID Projects.

  • The District shall not undertake any additional CID Projects which are not reasonably described in Exhibit D to the Petition, and those agreed upon after obtaining the mutual consent and prior approval of the Developer and the City.

  • The District shall impose the CID Sales Tax within the boundaries of the District to assist in the funding of the CID Projects.

  • The Developer shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the CID Projects in such form and amounts as required by applicable City policy or ordinance, the City’s Risk Manager, or state law.

  • To the extent applicable, the Developer shall comply with all laws regarding the payment of prevailing wages to contractors or subcontractors of the Developer for the construction of the CID Projects.

  • If the CID Projects, or an applicable portion of any CID Project, are not complete, or any amount submitted for reimbursement are not Reimbursable Project Costs, then the City shall not approve the certificate and the amounts stated therein for payment and shall specify in writing within sixty (60) days after receiving Developer’s Certificate of Completion and Reimbursable Project Costs the reason(s) for withholding its approval.

  • As allowed by the CID Act, the District’s role is solely to fund and assist in the funding of the CID Projects and the Operating Costs.

  • The District shall have no ownership of the CID Projects, and title to the CID Projects shall at all times be vested in the name of the Developer, the City or other appropriate entity; provided, however, the District shall be entitled to hold leasehold or easements rights with respect to any part of the CID Projects.

  • The District shall not be responsible for maintenance of such CID Projects that are dedicated to, and accepted by, the City.

  • The CID Projects shall be designed and constructed by or at the direction of Developer, and the District shall have no obligation to design or construct the CID Projects.


More Definitions of CID Projects

CID Projects means the streets, sewer lines, water lines, storm water basins and storm water control devises, street lighting, traffic control devises, signage of streets and property identification, sidewalks, landscaping along public walkways and streets, and any other public improvements within the District, eligible under the CID Act, that are constructed for or in connection with the Development, as set forth in the Petition and further described in Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto.
CID Projects means the provision of assistance to or the construction, reconstruction, installation, repair, maintenance, or equipping of any eligible public improvements within the District per the CID Act that are consistent with Petition and further described in Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto.
CID Projects means the services and public improvements within the District, eligible under the CID Act, that are provided for and constructed for, or in connection with, the District, as described in Exhibit B attached hereto.
CID Projects means the street improvements, sewer lines, water lines, storm water control devices, street lighting, traffic control devises, signage of streets and property identification, sidewalks, landscaping along public walkways and streets, any other public improvements, that are eligible under the CID Act, that are constructed for or in connection with the Development, as set forth in the Exhibit D, Paragraph C to the Petition and the cost of which is estimatedin Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto.
CID Projects means the services and public improvements within the District, eligible under the CID Act, that are provided for and constructed for, or in connection with, the District, as described in Exhibit “A-1” attached hereto.

Related to CID Projects

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Qualified Project Costs shall have the meaning given to it in the Regulatory Agreement.

  • Mixed-use project means a project comprising both a qualified

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Covered Project means and includes any project which consists of one or more of the following:

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Commercial project means any project, including, but not

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Project Area means THE AREA WHERE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED FOR THE CITY OF SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA.
