CID term definition

CID term means the five-year period for which the CID is established under section 4(1)(a)(iii) of the By-law, or any further five-year period by which Council has extended this term under section 27 of the By-law;
CID term means a term commencing on the date the Director of Taxation for the State of Kansas begins collecting the CID Sales Tax within the District and expiring on the earliest of (a) twenty-two (22) years from the date of commencement of CID Sales Tax collection; or (b) when CID improvement costs up to the CID costs cap have been paid; or (c) the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

More Definitions of CID term

CID term means the timeframe commencing on , 20 to the earlier of (i), 20 {22 years}, or (ii) payment to Developer of all CID Eligible Project Costs (in an amount not in excess of the CID Costs Cap) plus payment to the City of all CID Administrative Service Fees, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.
