City Lease means that certain ground lease dated February 8, 1983 between

City Lease means that certain Amended and Restated Lease Agreement, dated as of March 15, 1994, pursuant to which the City, as landlord, leases the Leased Premises and the existing Improvements thereon to Landlord (as successor in interest to RDC), as tenant, a copy of which is attached to this Lease as Exhibit "L-1" and made a part hereof, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Amended and Restated Lease Agreement dated as of October 29, 1998, a copy of which is attached to this Lease as Exhibit "L-2" and made a part hereof (the "City Lease Amendment").

City Lease means any lease, concession agreement, or other agreement authorizing any Person to occupy, use, control or do business at property owned or controlled by the City, but only where either of the following applies: (1) at least a portion of the occupied premises is visited by substantial numbers of the public on a frequent basis; or (2) the leasee anticipates annual gross revenues of at least twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) from business conducted on the premises. (3) the leasee anticipates that it will employ at least fifteen (15) employees or, in the case of a Person performing custodial, landscaping, or recycling services, at least two 2 employees.

Examples of City Lease in a sentence

• The City Lease number and project description shall be noted on the certificate of insurance.

• If said extension of the City Lease is approved, the Term of this Agreement shall be extended an equivalent period of time as the City Lease extension.

• The provisions of this section shall be self-operative and shall occur automatically upon the termination of the City Lease as aforesaid.

• There shall be no merger of this Lease, nor of the leasehold estate created by this Lease, with the estate created by the City Lease or fee estate in the Leased Premises by reason of the fact that this Lease or the leasehold estate created by this Lease or any interest in this Lease or any such leasehold estate may be held, directly or indirectly, by or for the account of any Person or Persons who shall own the City Lease or fee interest in the Leased Premises, or any interest therein.

City Lease means that certain Lease Agreement by and between the City of New Orleans, as lessor, and Landlord, as lessee, dated April 27, 1993 and recorded on April 27, 1993 in the conveyance records of the Parish of Orleans under Notarial Archives No. 93-18035 as Conveyance Office Instrument No. 68199, as amended and restated by that certain Amended and Restated Lease Agreement, dated March 15, 1994 and recorded on March 16, 1994 in the conveyance records of the Parish of Orleans under Notarial Archives No. 94-13885 as Conveyance Office Instrument No. 83940, and as further amended by that certain First Amendment to Amended and Restated Lease Agreement, dated as of October 29, 1998 and recorded on October 30, 1998 in the conveyance records of the Parish of Orleans under Notarial Archives No. 98-50457, as Conveyance Office Instrument No. 168129, as the same may be assigned, amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.
