City Parks definition

City Parks means the land, including any body of water, buildings or structures located therein, that is owned by or made available to the City by lease, agreement, or otherwise, and that is established, dedicated, set apart or made available for use as public open space but does not include marinas, golf courses, or cemeteries;
City Parks means the City Parks Department within the City of Cape Town;
City Parks means the Department of City Parks in the Directorate: Community Services in the City of Cape Town;

More Definitions of City Parks

City Parks means those parcels of land that are owned or managed by the City of Hailey and are held for public use or as open or green space, including, but not limited to City Parks and hillside parcels.
