City Works definition

City Works means works to be constructed by the Owner within a City right-of-way or other land to be conveyed to the City through this Agreement, as identified within the approved drawings and reports referenced in Schedule “C” of this Agreement.

City Works means the replacement intake and watermain pipeline running from the Xxxx Xxxx Reservoir to the UV Treatment Plant. The City Works infrastructure will replace the existing water takeoff on the Existing Penstocks. The City Works will include a new water intake located on the south side of the Xxxx Xxxx Reservoir on a portion of District Lot 1124, Sayward District. The City Works will include a new 1200mm diameter watermain pipeline to be routed from the new intake over to and along Xxxxxxxx Lake Road then east down Highway 28 to the intersection with Surge Tower Road;

Related to City Works

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Project IP means any Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered in carrying out the Project including in respect of the Project Results but does not include Background IP or copyright in a Student’s thesis or other material produced by him/her for the purpose of assessment towards his/her degree.

  • Computer Systems means any of, or combination of, computer software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology systems, applications, cloud-based storage platforms and systems, telecommunications capabilities (including voice, data or video networks), and other similar or related items of any automated, computerized or software system and any other network or system or related service that is owned, controlled, licensed, leased, operated, used, or held for use by the Borrower or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries in the conduct of its or their business.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
