Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.
Transaction Request Defined in Section 3.01(a).
Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4A, to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.2 or Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.2 or Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4.
Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.
Registration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.
Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.08.
Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.
Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Request for Quote or “RFQ” means an electronic message disseminated on the SEF Platform for the purposes of soliciting bids or offers for a specific Swap.
Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
