Class A-3b Notes definition

Class A-3b Notes means the Class A-3b Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3b.

Class A-3b Notes. The Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3b in the aggregate principal balance of $324,000,000 issued pursuant to the Indenture. Class A-4 Notes: Collectively, the Class A-4a Notes and the Class A-4b Notes.

Class A-3b Notes means the Class A-3b Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3b.

Examples of Class A-3b Notes in a sentence

• In such an event, first, principal payments on the Class A-1 Notes shall be made, and second, principal payments on the Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3a Notes and Class A-3b Notes shall be made pro rata to the Noteholders entitled thereto.

• However, to the extent provided in the Indenture, each Class will receive principal payment sequentially so that, except as otherwise provided in the Indenture, no principal payments shall be made in respect of (i) the Class A-2 Notes until the Class A-1 Notes have been paid in full, and (ii) the Class A-3a Notes and the Class A-3b Notes until the Class A-2 Notes have been paid in full.

• Principal payments on the Class A-3a Notes and Class A-3b Notes shall be made pro rata based on the principal balances of the Class A-3a Notes and the Class A-3b Notes until they are paid in full.

• The Class A-3 Notes will be divided into further Sub-Classes: Class A-3a Notes and Class A-3b Notes.

• The Class A-3b Notes and the other Classes of Notes described in the Indenture (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture subject to the priorities of allocations as to interest and principal payments as described in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Class A-3b Notes

Class A-3b Notes means the $80,000,000 Class A-3b Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3b to the Indenture.

Class A-3b Notes has the meaning set forth in the Indenture.

Class A-3b Notes means the $553,000,000 aggregate initial principal amount Class A-3b Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3b to the Indenture.

Class A-3b Notes means the LIBOR + 0.40% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3b, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3b.

Class A-3b Notes means $273,250,000 aggregate initial principal amount Class A-3B 1.99% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3B to the Indenture.

Class A-3b Notes. The [Floating Rate] Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3b in the initial aggregate principal balance of $ issued pursuant to the CARAT Indenture.

Class A-3b Notes means any Class A-3b Notes described in Article II of, and authorized by, and authenticated and delivered under, the Indenture.
