Class A Preferred Member definition

Class A Preferred Member means any Member holding and to the extent it holds Class A Preferred Units.

Class A Preferred Member means a holder of Class A Preferred Units.

Class A Preferred Member has the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

• A report submitted by an industrial user to the superintendent pursuant to section 18-504 or other applicable provisions of this chapter containing information relating to the nature and concentration of pollutants and flow characteristics of the discharge from the industrial user to the POTW.

More Definitions of Class A Preferred Member

Class A Preferred Member means a Member that owns a Class A Preferred Interest.

Class A Preferred Member means any Member to the extent that such Member holds a Class A Preferred Interest. All Class A Preferred Members shall be Non- Voting Members to the extent of their Class A Preferred Interest.
