Class A Preferred Member definition

Class A Preferred Member means any Member holding and to the extent it holds Class A Preferred Units.

Class A Preferred Member means a holder of Class A Preferred Units.

More Definitions of Class A Preferred Member

Class A Preferred Member means any Person who has purchased or been granted Class A Preferred Membership Units and is listed as a Class A Preferred Member on Schedule A hereto, as such schedule may be amended from time to time, and any additional or substitute Class A Preferred Member admitted to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Class A Preferred Member means each Person admitted to the Company as a Class A Preferred Member whose name is set forth on Schedule II hereto as a Class A Preferred Member, and any other Person admitted as an additional or substitute Class A Preferred Member, so long as such Person remains a Class A Preferred Member.
