Class B Acquiring Fund Shares definition

Class B Acquiring Fund Shares means the Corporation's Class D, Series 2 Common Shares.
Class B Acquiring Fund Shares. Class C Acquiring Fund Shares," and "Class Y Acquiring Fund Shares," respectively, and collectively "Acquiring Fund Shares"). Each class of Acquiring Fund Shares is substantially similar to the identically designated class of Target Shares.
