Class B Controlled Deposit Amount definition

Class B Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Class B Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Class B Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date and any Class B Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount for the immediately preceding Distribution Date.
Class B Controlled Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the lesser of (1) the sum of (a) the Class B Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Transfer Date and (b) any existing Class B Accumulation Shortfall, and (2) the Class B Adjusted Investor Interest prior to any deposits made on such Transfer Date.
Class B Controlled Deposit Amount means, for a Deposit Date (i) during the Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of (a) the product of the Class B Controlled Accumulation Amount and the number of Payment Dates from and including the first Payment Date with respect to the Accumulation Period through and including the Payment Date related to the Collection Period during which the Deposit Date occurs (but not in excess of the Accumulation Period Length expressed in a number of months) over (b) the amount on deposit in the Principal Funding Account to make principal payments on the Class B Notes less the portion of the Series 2000-1 Excess Funding Amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account in respect of the Class B Notes before giving effect to any withdrawals from or deposits to such account on such Deposit Date, but not more than the Class B Invested Amount; provided, however, if Available Noteholder Principal Collections for that Deposit Date would otherwise be deposited into the Excess Funding Account so that the Pool Balance would not be less than the Required Pool Balance, the Class B Controlled Deposit Amount for that Deposit Date shall be increased by an amount equal to the product of (1) the Available Noteholder Principal Collections that would have been so deposited into the Excess Funding Account and (2) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount for such Deposit Date and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount for such Deposit Date but not more than the Class B Invested Amount and (ii) during an Early Amortization Period, the Class B Invested Amount.

Class B Controlled Deposit Amount means, for a Deposit Date (i) during the Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of (a) the product of the Class B Controlled Accumulation Amount and the number of Payment Dates from and including the first Payment Date with respect to the Accumulation Period through and including the Payment Date related to the Collection Period during which the Deposit Date occurs (but not in excess of the Accumulation Period Length) over (b) the amount on deposit in the Principal Funding Account before giving effect to any withdrawals from or deposits to such account on such Deposit Date and (ii) during an Early Amortization Period, the Class B Invested Amount.
Class B Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Transfer Date during the Controlled Accumulation Period prior to the repayment in full of the Series 2019-1 Investor Interest Note, an amount equal to the product of: (i) the Controlled Deposit Amount in respect of such Transfer Date; and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Series 2019-1 Investor Interest on such Transfer Date after any adjustments for Investor Default Amounts or Investor Charge-offs but prior to the application of the Class B Monthly Principal Amount;.

Related to Class B Controlled Deposit Amount

  • Controlled Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the sum of (a) the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Transfer Date and (b) any existing Accumulation Shortfall.

  • Deposit Amount is the amount GLAIC credits to the Accumulation Fund on the Deposit Date as set forth in the Accumulation Fund Schedule.

  • Initial Deposit Amount means the Issuing Entity’s deposit to the Reserve Account, on or before the Closing Date, of $[•].

  • Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the Specified Reserve Balance over (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Distribution Date and (y) the amount remaining in the Collection Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (xviii) of Section 5.7(a).

  • Initial Reserve Account Deposit Amount means an amount equal to $1,030,941.16.

  • Transfer Deposit Amount has the meaning given to it in Section 2.02(b).

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2024-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class C( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage).   • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.

  • Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not apply if the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer notifies the Indenture Trustee that it expects the Accumulation Period Length to be adjusted to one (1) month, and otherwise shall mean a period commencing on the first Distribution Date on which a condition in the right column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, if the Distribution Date is a Distribution Date described in the corresponding left column of the following table, and ending on the Distribution Date immediately preceding the earlier to occur of:

  • Accumulation Amount means $83,333,333.34; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Reserve Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the lesser of (i) the excess of (A) the Specified Reserve Balance, over (B) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, after taking into account the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Payment Date, and (ii) the amount remaining in the Indenture Collections Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (xiv) of Section 8.3(a) of the Indenture.

  • Regular Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Note Balance as of such Payment Date (before giving effect to any principal payments made on the Notes on such Payment Date), over (ii) the excess, if any, of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period less the Overcollateralization Target Amount minus (b) the sum of the First Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Second Priority Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date.
