In order to access the QMS website to participate in the matching process facilitated by the QMS to buy or sell Units, subject to the provisions of this Policy, Unitholders, Associates, and Class B Participants must request and receive non-transferable logon information from the Company and comply with the rules and procedures established by the QMS.
The Participant lists of Class A Participants, Class B Participants and Class C Participants shall be maintained by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Such Participants shall be classified as either (a) Class A Participants or (b) Class B Participants.

Individuals of the Company who are eligible to participate in this program are (i) the former officers of the Company who are listed on Exhibit A to the Program (“Class A Participants”), (ii) the current officers of the Company listed on Exhibit B to the Program (“Class B Participants”) and (iii) the current officers of the Company listed on Exhibit C to the Program (“Class C Participants”, and together with the Class A Participants and Class B Participants, collectively, the “Eligible Participants”).

The Steering Committee shall include one (1) person elected by the Class A Participant and not less than three (3) persons and not more than six (6) persons elected by the Class B Participants.
