Class B Participants has the meaning specified in Section 9.3(b)(iv). “Class B Permitted Delayed Amount” is defined in Section 2.2(b)(v)(A). “Class B Permitted Required Non-Delayed Percentage” means, 10% or 25%.

  • L/C Participants the collective reference to all the Revolving Lenders other than the Issuing Lender.
