Class Counsel Disbursements definition

Class Counsel Disbursements means the disbursements, interest and applicable taxes incurred by Class Counsel in the prosecution of the Actions;
Class Counsel Disbursements means the disbursements and applicable taxes incurred by Class Counsel in the prosecution of the Action;
Class Counsel Disbursements include the disbursements and applicable taxes incurred by Class Counsel in the prosecution of the Proceedings, as well as any adverse costs awards issued against the Plaintiffs in any of the Proceedings.

Examples of Class Counsel Disbursements in a sentence

  • Class Counsel Disbursements and Class Counsel Fees shall be reimbursed and paid solely out of the Trust Account after the Effective Date.

  • No other Class Counsel Disbursements or Class Counsel Fees shall be paid from the Trust Account prior to the Effective Date.

  • THIS COURT ORDERS that in the event that some of the Settlement Amount remains in the Trust Account after payment of Class Counsel Disbursements, Class Counsel Fees and Administrative Expenses, Class Counsel shall seek direction from this Court regarding the distribution of the remaining funds.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Ontario Court has jurisdiction to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements for Ontario and BC Counsel.

  • Class Counsel shall seek the Courts’ approval of Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements to be paid as a first charge on the Settlement Benefits.

Class Counsel Disbursements means the agreed amount of legitimate and reasonable disbursements incurred by or at the request of Class Counsel and Former Class Counsel
Class Counsel Disbursements means the agreed amount of legitimate and reasonable disbursements incurred by or at the request of Class Counsel and Former Class Counsel between the filing of this Class Proceeding (and no other class action or class proceeding filed anywhere in Canada at any time relating to the prescription or use of Paxil®, Paxil CR™, or paroxetine) and the Effective Date; except that the disbursements that may be claimed by Former Class Counsel shall further be limited to those incurred before April 12th, 2019, being the date that the Plaintiffs served a Notice of Change of Representation. The amount of disbursements as agreed to is: $175,000 for Napoli Shkolnik Canada; and $175,000 for Merchant Law Group LLP.
Class Counsel Disbursements include the disbursements and applicable taxes incurred by Class Counsel in the prosecution of the Proceedings or the Second Ontario Action, as well as any adverse costs awards issued against the Plaintiffs in any of the Proceedings or the Second Ontario Action.

  • Class Counsel Fees means the fees of Class Counsel, and any applicable taxes or charges thereon, including any amounts payable as a result of the Settlement Agreement by Class Counsel or the Settlement Class Members to any other body or Person, including the Fonds d’aide aux actions collectives in Quebec.

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

  • L/C Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Settlement Administration Expenses means the Settlement Administrator’s fee, and the expenses incurred by the Settlement Administrator in providing Notice, processing claims, exclusions, and objections, responding to inquiries from members of the Settlement Class, mailing checks for Approved Claims, and related services, paying taxes and tax expenses related to the Settlement Fund (including all federal, state or local taxes of any kind and interest or penalties thereon, as well as expenses incurred in connection with determining the amount of and paying any taxes owed and expenses related to any tax attorneys and accountants).
