Class D Common Unit definition

Class D Common Unit means a unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership and designated in the Register as a Class D Common Unit, as subdivided, reclassified or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Class D Common Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class D Common Units in this Agreement.
Class D Common Unit means a Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to a “Class D Common Unit” in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Class D Common Unit

Class D Common Unit means the Company’s Class D Common Units (as defined in the Operating Agreement), as adjusted for any Unit split, Unit dividend or other combination, exchange, conversion, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or reorganization, or, if the Class D Common Units are hereafter changed or exchanged for different Units, interests or securities of the Company, such other Units, interests or securities, and any other Class D Common Units of the Company hereafter issued.
Class D Common Unit and which shall provide the holder thereof with the rights and obligations specified with respect to a Class D Common Unit in this Agreement.
Class D Common Unit means a Class D-1 Common Unit, a Class D-2 Common Unit, a Class D-3 Common Unit, or any other Unit of any Series of Class D Common Units established in any Class D Common Unit Designation.

Related to Class D Common Unit

  • Class D Common Stock means the Class D Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class D Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class D Unit as provided in this Agreement.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class D Monthly Interest means, for any Distribution Date, one-twelfth (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the number of days from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the 15th day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, assuming each month has 30 days, divided by 360) of the product of (A) the Class D Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class D Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class D Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class D Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class C Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Current Interest for the Class C Interest for such Distribution Date, (ii) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (iii) without duplication, any Subsequent Recoveries not distributed to the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, on any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, the Class C Distribution Amount shall include the Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Class B Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class B Ordinary Share and having the rights provided for in these Articles;
