Examples of Class II waters in a sentence
The plan or procedure shall detail the measures to be taken to prevent significant damage to the immediate project area and the adjacent area, and shall provide reasonable assurance that the water quality standards for Class II waters will not be violated.
In any class of waters where the location of the activity is adjacent or in close proximity to Class II waters, unless the applicant submits a plan or proposes a procedure that demonstrates that the regulated activity will not have a negative effect on the Class II waters and will not result in violations of water quality standards in the Class II waters.
