Class R-1 Notes definition

Class R-1 Notes as defined in the Recitals hereto.
Class R-1 Notes the Issuer's _____% Class R-1 Lease-Backed Notes, Series 1999-B. Class R-2 Notes - the Issuer's _____% Class R-2 Lease-Backed Notes, Series 1999-B. Code - the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Collection Account - Section 1.01 of the Indenture.
Class R-1 Notes means the $8,500,000 SLC Student Loan Trust-I, Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2002-1, Class R-1 Residual Notes.

Examples of Class R-1 Notes in a sentence

  • The Class R-1 Notes are issuable only in registered form without coupons in minimum denominations of $1,000,000.

  • As provided in the Indenture and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class R-1 Notes are exchangeable for a like aggregate principal amount of Class R-1 Notes of a different authorized denomination, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same.

  • The Class R1 Notes rank pro rata and pari passu without preference or priority among themselves in relation to payment of principal and the Class R1A Payment and the R1B Payment at all times, but subordinate to all payments on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes, the Class Z Notes and the Subordinated Loan, as provided in the Conditions and the Transaction Documents.

  • The Issuer will fund such loans by selling or reselling Class R Notes to the Class R Underwriters in accordance with the Class R Underwriting Agreement (as described in Chapter 16 "Subscription and Sale", page 271" and "— Class R Underwriting Agreements", page 271, below), with Class R1 Notes financing Revolving R1 ICL Loans and Class R2 Notes financing Revolving R2 ICL Loans.

  • The Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class R-1 Notes and any Additional Notes are collectively referred to herein as the "Notes." Mandatory Redemption, Optional Redemption and Extraordinary Redemption.

  • A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.

  • Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class R Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class R".

  • Class R-III Certificate Any one of the Class R-III Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class R-II Certificate Any one of the Class R-II Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-1 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-1 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC I and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-1 Certificates as set forth herein.

  • Class R-I Certificate Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-2 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-2 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC II and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-2 Certificates as set forth herein.

  • Class R-1 Residual Interest The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which has been designated as the single class of “residual interest” in REMIC I pursuant to Section 2.06.

  • Class R-2 Residual Interest The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which has been designated as the single class of “residual interest” in REMIC II pursuant to Section 2.11. The Class R-2 Residual Interest, together with the REMIC II Regular Interests, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC II Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 1.28000% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.

  • Class R-X Certificate Any one of the Class R-X Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-R-X and evidencing the ownership of the Class R-IV Interest, the Class R-V Interest and the Class R-VI Interest.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the Class A-2a 0.55% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2a to the Indenture.

  • Class R-5 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 5.

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class R Residual Interests The Class R-1 and Class R-2 Residual Interests (which shall be transferable only as a unit evidenced by the Class R Certificates, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Section 5.01).

  • Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
