Class U Shares definition

Class U Shares means the Class U Shares issued to the Class U Members having the rights, obligations and terms specified in this Agreement.
Class U Shares means any Share Class with the letter U in its name;
Class U Shares means the Class U Shares issued to the Class U Members having the rights, obligations and terms specified in this Agreement. “Code” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

Examples of Class U Shares in a sentence

  • The Distributor may use all or any portion of the fee received pursuant to this paragraph to compensate Authorized Institutions that have engaged in the sale of Class U Shares or in service activities with respect to Class U Shares pursuant to the Agreements, or to pay any of the expenses associated with other activities authorized under paragraph 1 hereof.

  • The Fund shall pay to the Distributor, at the end of each month, an amount on an annual basis equal to 0.75% of the average daily value of the net assets of the Fund’s Class U shares, as compensation for the Distributor’s services as distributor of Class U Shares in connection with any activities or expenses primarily intended to result in the sale of the Class U Shares.

  • There can be no more than one job share assignment per school building.

  • Subject to the designation of additional classes pursuant to Section VI.2, there shall be four classes, hereby designated as Class A Shares, Class C Shares, Class I Shares and Class U Shares of the Trust.

  • The Fund intends to issue and sell five classes of its Shares, Class I Shares, Class S Shares, Class T Shares, Class D Shares and Class U Shares, to the public pursuant to a registration statement on Form N-2 (the “Registration Statement”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Purchases and sales of [Institutional Class I, Advisory Class D, Brokerage Class T, Brokerage Class T-I or Brokerage Class U Shares] may only be executed as purchases or redemptions between the Client and the Fund.

  • Dealer may charge a commission, transaction based fee or asset-based fee on purchases and sales of [Institutional Class I, Advisory Class D or Brokerage Class U Shares] on such Dealer’s advisory or brokerage platforms.

  • For Class U Shares, the initial investment minimum is $2,500, and subsequent investments may be made in any amount.

  • To the Knowledge of Vivendi, the DW Class U Shares are duly and validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable.

  • Advisor Shares, Class C Shares and Class U Shares are not subject to a sales load.
