Clearance. The Securities shall be eligible for clearance and settlement through The Depository Trust Company, Clearstream Banking, société anonyme and Euroclear Bank S.A./NV, as operator of the Euroclear System.
Clearance. The Securities shall be eligible for clearance and settlement through Clearstream and Euroclear.
Clearance. The Notes shall have been declared eligible for clearance and settlement through Euroclear and Clearstream.
Clearance a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.91% (BV Ozon LP) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;
Clearance. Authority permitting individuals cooperating in Department of the Army work, and having a legitimate interest therein, access to classified technical information, materiel, or equipment or admission to restricted areas or installations where such information or materiel is located.
Clearance. Payments received by Agent in respect of the Obligations after 12:00 noon New York time on any day shall be deemed to be received on the next succeeding Business Day, and if any payment is received by Agent other than by wire transfer of immediately available funds, such payment shall be subject to three (3) Business Days’ clearance prior to being credited to the Obligations for interest calculation purposes.
Clearance. To cooperate with the Representatives and use their reasonable best efforts to permit the Notes to be eligible for clearance and settlement through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”).
Clearance. 13.6.1 Unless expressly accepted by agreement in writing, the College has no responsibility for obtaining clearances in respect of works or parts thereof. The employee warrants that the work is original and that the licence granted to the College will not involve it in any liability for breach of copyright, breach of trust or defamation.
13.6.2 In the event that the College agrees in writing to obtain any such clearances the employee shall provide the College with a list of clearances and the College shall be responsible for securing the clearances.
Clearance. Clearance is a process used to approve and finalize AARs and IPs. “Clearance” depends on accepted practice in the public health agency. It does not have to be a formalized process involving upper level management. For example, submission for review of the AAR and IP to an exercise director or emergency preparedness director would count as clearance as long as there is a written AAR and IP and documentation of the date that person receives the AAR and IP. In this example, the stop time for this measure (PHEP 3.3) would be when the AAR and IP draft was submitted to the exercise director or preparedness director. If the person who clears the AAR and IP draft is the same person who drafts it, then the stop time is the time at which that person determines that the AAR and IP draft is complete. Ultimately, this measure should be applied to the specific circumstances and clearance policies and procedures of each jurisdiction.
