Clearance. The Securities shall be eligible for clearance and settlement through The Depository Trust Company, Clearstream Banking, société anonyme and Euroclear Bank S.A./NV, as operator of the Euroclear System.
Clearance. The Securities shall be eligible for clearance and settlement through Clearstream and Euroclear.

Clearance a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (0.36% (BVFVNL) Sale Shares from BVFVNL to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;
Clearance. Authority permitting individuals cooperating in Department of the Army work, and having a legitimate interest therein, access to classified technical information, materiel, or equipment or admission to restricted areas or installations where such information or materiel is located.
Clearance. 13.6.1 Unless expressly accepted by agreement in writing, the College has no responsibility for obtaining clearances in respect of works or parts thereof. The employee warrants that the work is original and that the licence granted to the College will not involve it in any liability for breach of copyright, breach of trust or defamation.

Payments received by Agent in respect of the Obligations after 12:00 noon New York time on any day shall be deemed to be received on the next succeeding Business Day, and if any payment is received by Agent other than by wire transfer of immediately available funds, such payment shall be subject to three (3) Business Days’ clearance prior to being credited to the Obligations for interest calculation purposes.
