Click Thrus definition

Click Thrus. (as such term is defined herein). A "Click Thru" is hereby defined as the activation of a link in an Impression to transport the Company User to a FUSA or the Company Website (whether in the same browser window, within a different currently open browser window, or within a newly initiated "pop up" browser window), wherein the Company User may apply for and/or obtain a Credit Card (or such other credit product or service which may subsequently become covered by this Agreement). The Parties agree that at the end of each Quarter during the Initial Term and any renewal term, FUSA and the Company will meet to review the year-to-date performance of the Program. The Company acknowledges and agrees that the Company's provision of these Impressions and/or the Click Thrus is material to FUSA's decision to enter into this transaction with the Company and that a failure to post (or the opportunity to post, as the case may be) the number of Impressions or the Click Thrus described herein, in any given Quarter may, at FUSA's sole discretion, be deemed and declared a default under Section 14(c) of this Agreement.
Click Thrus means any type of link from the Snap Sites or Wires that a User (as tagged by Snap pursuant to SECTION 11.2) depresses or "clicks-on" and that delivers the User to the Company Site or the Co-Branded Site.
Click Thrus means any type of link (but not a Promotion paid for by the Company as an Impression) from the Company Content Portals or Jump Pages that a User (as tagged by NBCi pursuant to 13.2) depresses or "clicks-on" and that delivers the User, to the Co-Branded Site or the Company Site.

Examples of Click Thrus in a sentence

  • During the Term, Snap will use reasonable efforts to deliver Click Thrus to the Co-Branded Site or the Company Site.

  • The Company shall pay Snap $0.50 per Click Thru for each Click Thru delivered during Year One in excess of 8,333,000 Click Thrus, up to a maximum payment of $5,000,000.

  • If the Company delivers such materials to Snap after the Launch Date, then for each day thereafter, a pro-rata number of the Impressions and Click Thrus required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement will be deemed to have been delivered by Snap.

  • The Company shall pay Snap $0.60 per Click Thru for each Click Thru delivered during Year Three in excess of 10,714,000 Click Thrus up to a maximum payment of $15,000,000.

  • The Company shall pay Snap $0.55 per Click Thru for each Click Thru delivered during Year Two in excess of 9,375,000 Click Thrus up to a maximum payment of $10,000,000.

  • If the Launch Date of the Co-Branded Site does not occur by seven days after the Initial Payment Date, due to the fault of the Company, Snap shall be deemed to have delivered Impressions and Click Thrus required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement on a daily, straight-line, pro-rata basis for each day thereafter.

  • In the event of such breach, Snap shall be deemed to have delivered Impressions and Click Thrus required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement on a daily, straight-line, pro-rata basis for the duration of such breach.

  • At Snap's sole discretion, but subject to SECTION 3.2, all terms and conditions contained in the Agreement related to the "Snap Sites" may also apply to the Enhanced Site and International Editions, and any Impressions and Click Thrus required under the Agreement may be delivered on the Enhanced Sites, International Editions, and/or the existing Snap Sites.

  • In the event of such breach, then for each day thereafter, (i) [***] Impressions to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement will be deemed to have been delivered by NBCi; and (ii) [***] Click Thrus, calculated as [***] will be deemed to have been delivered by NBCi for the duration of such breach.

  • Payments under this Section 11.3 will be due monthly, on receipt of an invoice from NBCi. No Performance Fee shall be due until NBCi has delivered [***] Click Thrus.

Click Thrus means the total gross number of selections into an entry-point (Gold Star on TiVo Central, Pause Menu, Discovery Bar, Showcase Grid Menu, Interactive Tag, Program Placement-Delete or Program Placement-Now Playing Group), projected to the TiVo subscriber base.

  • Back siphonage means the backflow resulting from pressures lower than atmospheric pressure in the water installation;

In calculating avoided costs of power and energy that an electric utility would otherwise have had to acquire, reasonable estimates shall be included of financial costs likely to be imposed by future regulations and legislation on emissions of greenhouse gases.

  • In light liquid service means that the piece of equipment in VOC service either (1) contains a liquid that meets all of the conditions in definition A; or (2) meets the condition specified in definition B:

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) means the lowest emission limit that a particular source is capable of meeting by the application of control technology that is reasonably available considering technological and economic feasibility. It may require technology that has been applied to similar, but not necessarily identical source categories.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.

  • Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any period, any cash of Borrower and its Subsidiaries generated during such period, excluding Net Asset Sale Proceeds, Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds and any cash that is received from an incurrence of Indebtedness, an issuance of Equity Interests or a capital contribution.
