Program Placement. General Education End Date: It is understood that: Objectives: The student will complete the courses listed below. All course objectives will be consistent with the established district or charter school's governing board and are consistent with district or charter school standards as outlined in the district or charter school's subject/course descriptions. Assignment and Work Record Forms will include additional descriptions of the major objectives and activities of the courses of study covered by this agreement including the evaluation of student work and are incorporated herein. The term "course value" (CV) refers to the number of credits (secondary education) or weeks of work (elementary education) the student will attempt. Schedule Category Course Value Method of study: Specific methods of study will be designated on the Student assignment and Work Record and are incorporated herein. Examples of methods of study for the student will include: Independent Reading, Textbook Activities, Problem Solving, Study Projects, Drill &Practice, Experiential Learning, Computerized Curriculum, Web/Internet Research, Library Research, Field Trips, Learning Center Courses, Discussion Specific Resources: The school will provide appropriate instructional materials and personnel necessary to the achievement of the objectives and must include resources that are normally available to all students on the same terms as the terms on which they are available to all.
Program Placement means TiVoVision accessed from a dialog screen within a DIRECTV DVR Receiver’s user interface at the conclusion of a recorded program.

Examples of Program Placement in a sentence

  • The Department may, at any time and at its absolute discretion, give a written direction to the Provider to cease or vary a National Work Experience Program Placement, and the Provider must immediately take any action required by the direction.

  • The Provider must ensure that both the Participant and Activity Host Organisation are aware that, to the extent allowable by law, the Participant, the Activity Host Organisation, the Provider or the Department may terminate the National Work Experience Program Placement at any time.

  • Subject to clause 98.5, the Provider must not provide, broker or purchase a National Work Experience Program Placement if some or all of the work would have been undertaken by a paid worker if the National Work Experience Program Placement activity had not taken place.

  • Parent Notification of On-Going Program Placement- Each spring, the site administrators and teachers will review data regarding the student’s academic performance and make recommendations for program placement for the coming school year.

  • Subsequent Placement means the sale, grant of any option to purchase, or other disposition of by the Company, directly or indirectly, of any of the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ equity or equity equivalent securities, including, without limitation, any Convertible Securities, Options, preferred stock or other instrument or security that is, at any time during its life and under any circumstances, convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for Common Stock or Convertible Securities or Options.

  • Initial Placement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

The registration statement as amended has been declared effective by the Commission. If any post-effective amendment has been filed with respect thereto, prior to the execution and delivery of the applicable Terms Agreement, the most recent such amendment has been declared effective by the Commission. Such registration statement, as amended at the time of effectiveness, including all material incorporated by reference therein and including all information (if any) deemed to be part of the registration statement at the time of effectiveness pursuant to Rule 430A under the Act, is referred to in this Agreement as the “Registration Statement.” The Bank proposes to file with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) (“Rule 424(b)”) under the Act a supplement (the “Prospectus Supplement”) to the prospectus included in the Registration Statement (such prospectus, in the form it appears in the Registration Statement or in the form most recently revised and filed with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) is hereinafter referred to as the “Basic Prospectus”) relating to the Notes and the method of distribution thereof. The Basic Prospectus and the Prospectus Supplement, together with any amendment thereof or supplement thereto, is hereinafter referred to as the “Prospectus.” Upon the execution of the applicable Terms Agreement, the Bank agrees with the Underwriters as follows:

  • Qualified Initial Public Offering means a public offering of the securities of Parent pursuant to an effective registration statement filed under the Securities Act, that is fully underwritten pursuant to a firm commitment contract and with respect to which the product of (a) the price to the public per share multiplied by (b) the aggregate number of offered shares will yield Net Offering Proceeds of at least $50,000,000.

  • Site / Work place means the lands and other spaces above & below the ground level on which the works are to be carried out, any other lands or places provided by the Owner for the purpose of the Contract.

  • Coordinated External Transaction means a transaction to simultaneously purchase and sell energy on either side of a CTS Enabled Interface in accordance with the procedures of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.13, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.
