Client Access License User definition

Client Access License User and/or “CAL User” means an individual user, whether within your company or employed by the entity for which you develop, host, or manage a Domain using the Report Server License (if applicable) granted hereunder, who: (a) subject to the same conditions and limitations applicable to you herein, has been assigned a unique username and password that authorizes such individual to access and use the Report Server Software in accordance with this XXXX; and (b) you, to the extent permitted by applicable law, hereby agree to assume all liability and responsibility for all acts and omissions as if such acts or omissions were your own. CAL Users are specific to the Domain to which they have been registered.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Service usage data of CLEC’s Customer, measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units or otherwise, that is recorded by CenturyLink AMA equipment and forwarded to CLEC.
