Client Asset Requirements definition

Client Asset Requirements means the requirements imposed on investment business firms and investment firms pursuant to Section 52 of the Investment Intermediaries Act 1995 (No. 11 of 1995), or client asset requirements imposed on regulated financial service providers pursuant to the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) (Investment Firms) Regulations 2017 [S.I. No. 604 of 2017] or pursuant to any amending or replacing legislation;
Client Asset Requirements means the requirements imposed on regulated financial service providers pursuant to the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) (Investment Firms) Regulations 2023 [S.I. No. 10 of 2023] or pursuant to any amending or replacing legislation;

  • The manner in which we handle your assets is governed by Part 6 of the Client Asset Requirements, Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) (Investment Firms) Regulations 2017 (SI 604 of 2017) and Schedule 3 Safeguarding Client Financial Instruments and Funds, EU MiFIR 2017.

  • Funds are not afforded protection under the Client Asset Requirements until they are swept from the clearing account at the Bank into the BCP client asset account.

  • Funds are not afforded protection under the Client Asset Requirements until they are swept from the clearing account which Redmayne Bentley will use, into the individual Redmayne Bentley client nominee account.

  • Funds are not afforded protection under the Client Asset Requirements until they are swept from the clearing account at the Bank into the Wealth Options client asset account.

  • We may transfer our rights and / or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any member of the Davy Group or a third party outside the Davy Group provided we act in accordance with the Central Bank of Ireland Client Asset Requirements and applicable law, and provided we reasonably consider that such a transfer will not materially affect the services provided to you under these Terms.

  • WHAT ARE THE CLIENT ASSET REQUIREMENTS (“CAR)”?The Client Asset Requirements (“CAR”) have been imposed by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBOI”) on investments firms that hold client assets.

  • On 28 July 2021, the Central Bank published a Feedback Statement on its consultation on enhancements to the Central Bank Client Asset Requirements (CAR), as contained in the Central Bank Investment Firms Regulations (CP133).

Related to Client Asset Requirements

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • MREL Requirement means the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities which is or, as the case may be, will be applicable to the Issuer;

  • Relevant Requirements means all applicable Law relating to bribery, corruption and fraud, including the Bribery Act 2010 and any guidance issued by the Secretary of State for Justice pursuant to section 9 of the Bribery Act 2010;

  • Pretreatment requirements means any substantive or procedural requirement related to pretreatment, other than a pretreatment standard, imposed on an industrial user.

  • JSE Listings Requirements means the Listings Requirements of the JSE applicable from time to time;
