Supervision and enforcement. During the transition period, the institutions, bodies, offices and agencies of the Union shall have the powers conferred upon them by Union law in relation to the United Kingdom and to natural and legal persons residing or established in the United Kingdom. 1. For the years 2019 and 2020, in accordance with Part Four, the United Kingdom shall contribute to and participate in the implementation of the Union budgets.
2. By way of derogation from Part Four, amendments to Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) 1311/2013113 or Council Decision 2014/335/EU, Euratom adopted on or after the date of entry into force of this Agreement shall not apply to the United Kingdom in so far as those amendments have an impact on the United Kingdom's financial obligations.
1. The applicable Union law concerning the Union's own resources relating to financial years until 2020 shall continue to apply to the United Kingdom after 31 December 2020, including where the own resources concerned are to be made available, corrected or subject to adjustments after that date.
2. Without prejudice to Article 128(2), the Union law referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall include in particular the following acts and provisions, including any amendment thereto, irrespective of the date of adoption, entry into force or application of the amendment:
(a) Decision 2014/335/EU, Xxxxxxx;
(b) Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 609/2014, including Article 12 thereof on the interest on amounts made available belatedly and Article 11 thereof on the handling of the opt- out;

Supervision and enforcement. The Parties shall work cooperatively to maintain market integrity, including preventing fraud, abuse and market manipulation and to ensure the reliability of the joint auction and their respective programs. The Parties shall work cooperatively in applying their respective program requirements governing the supervision of all transactions carried out among registered participants of each of the Parties and of any auction or reserve sale. The Parties shall facilitate, in accordance with the privacy, and other statutes and regulations applicable in each of their jurisdictions and the provisions of article 15 hereunder, the sharing of information to support the effective administration and enforcement of each party's statutes and regulations.

The agent(s) shall at all times be subject to the oversight and control of the Princeton Chief of Police, or his designee, who shall be authorized to order the cessation of all hunting activities at any time if the safety of any persons or the safety of personal property, including that of Princeton, is threatened as a result of said activity. b. All State and local regulations pertaining to parks and to hunting shall remain in full force and effect and nothing herein shall be construed to abrogate same. Any violation of this Agreement, of the terms and conditions set forth herein, or of any applicable State or local regulation, will result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and will subject the agent to any applicable penalties, including but not limited to the general penalties set forth in section 1-6 of the “Code of the Township of Princeton, 1968” (“Code”).
c. The provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any rules and regulations adopted by the Mayor and Council shall be enforced by the Princeton Police Department.

UBNJ shall utilize one or more xxxx monitors to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable federal, State and local regulations, and to ensure that Princeton’s deer management and deer removal goals set forth in this Agreement are met. This short section says that the institutions of the EU shall continue to have the powers conferred on them in the Treaties in the respect of the UK, its citizens, businesses and other entities during the transition period. This means that the European Commission retains its powers to ensure that EU law is complied with in the UK. This article of the agreement also states that the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Union will continue to apply to the UK during the transition period. Supervision and enforcement are part of dispute resolution, one of the most contentious areas in the UK-EU negotiations. Those parts of the Withdrawal Treaty relating to dispute resolution have, except as concerning the transition period, not yet been agreed between the parties. Agreement was reached in respect of the transition because the UK eventually accepted the continuing jurisdiction of the Court and the supervision role of the Commission although it had not wanted to do so. One of the unresolved areas in the Withdrawal Treaty is how data or information received from people and institutions outside the UK before the end of the transition period should be handled. Articles 66 to 70 therefore seek to protect data and information obtained by the UK before Brexit and to ensure that personal data that concerns people outside the UK is covered by EU law on data protection. The draft Withdrawal Treaty does not give any time limit on this proposed extension of EU law to cover personal data belonging to people outside the UK. Parliament is in the process of bringing into UK law the EU’s recent General Data Protection Regulation which enters into force on 25 May 2018 and the Government has stated that this will be the basis of the UK’s data protection regulation after Brexit.8 But there are concerns inside the EU that the UK’s data standards might, over time, diverge from those of the EU because they feel that the UK is less concerned about the protection of personal data.
