Supervision and enforcement. During the transition period, the institutions, bodies, offices and agencies of the Union shall have the powers conferred upon them by Union law in relation to the United Kingdom and to natural and legal persons residing or established in the United Kingdom. 1. For the years 2019 and 2020, in accordance with Part Four, the United Kingdom shall contribute to and participate in the implementation of the Union budgets.

By way of derogation from Part Four, amendments to Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) 1311/2013113 or Council Decision 2014/335/EU, Euratom adopted on or after the date of entry into force of this Agreement shall not apply to the United Kingdom in so far as those amendments have an impact on the United Kingdom's financial obligations.
1. The applicable Union law concerning the Union's own resources relating to financial years until 2020 shall continue to apply to the United Kingdom after 31 December 2020, including where the own resources concerned are to be made available, corrected or subject to adjustments after that date.
2. Without prejudice to Article 128(2), the Union law referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall include in particular the following acts and provisions, including any amendment thereto, irrespective of the date of adoption, entry into force or application of the amendment:
(a) Decision 2014/335/EU, Xxxxxxx;
(b) Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 609/2014, including Article 12 thereof on the interest on amounts made available belatedly and Article 11 thereof on the handling of the opt- out;

National regulatory authorities shall strictly monitor and supervise roaming providers availing themselves of Articles 6 and 7. Where applicable, other competent authorities shall monitor and supervise compliance by the operators of the obligations enshrined in this Regulation which are relevant for the exercise of the competence assigned to them by national law implementing Directive 2018/1972.
2. National regulatory authorities and, where applicable, other competent authorities and BEREC shall make up-to-date information on the application of this Regulation, in particular Articles 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12, publicly available in a manner that enables interested parties to have easy access to it.
3. National regulatory authorities and, where applicable, other competent authorities shall, in accordance with their respective competences, in preparation for the review provided for in Article 21, monitor developments in wholesale and retail charges for the provision to roaming customers of voice and data communications services, including SMS and MMS, including in the outermost regions referred to in Article 349 of the Treaty. National regulatory and, where applicable, other competent authorities shall also be alert to the particular case of inadvertent roaming in the border regions of neighbouring Member States and monitor whether traffic-steering techniques are used to the disadvantage of customers. National regulatory and, where applicable, other competent authorities shall monitor and collect information on inadvertent roaming and take appropriate measures.
4. National regulatory authorities and, where applicable, other competent authorities shall have the power to require undertakings subject to obligations under this Regulation to supply all information relevant to the implementation and enforcement of this Regulation. Those undertakings shall provide such information promptly on request and in accordance with time limits and level of detail required by the national regulatory and, where applicable, other competent authority.

The City shall enforce all of the District’s rules, regulations, and policies while supervising activities or programs on the District’s Active Use Areas. Security [If the properties are secured, the parties will need to make arrangements for opening them to use.] The District shall provide the City with access to the District’s Active Use Areas. The District will provide keys, security cards, and training as needed to the City’s employee(s) responsible for opening and locking the Active Use Areas.

The City shall observe/ensure BVSD Board Policy KR/KR-F (Attachment A-E) is followed while coordinating activities or programs on District property. The City shall provide a City employee on site for all indoor programs on the District property. Outside programs shall be under the management of the City but may not have an on-site supervisor. For pool access, the City will provide a City employee to open and close the Recreation Centers if used before or after hours for District Use. City will also supply an appropriate number of lifeguards based on City Policy. For Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Park access, the City shall provide a City employee to open and close the facility when used by the District. Neither party shall bill for monitors or supervision of their facilities.
