Client Branding definition

Client Branding means any of the Client’s trademarks, logos and other branding provided to Vista in connection with the Agreement.
Client Branding means the trademarks, trade names, business names, logos and other branding features and characteristics of Clients.
Client Branding means one or more of the fonts, logos, colours, trade names or other trade marks that are owned by or licensed to the Client and/or members of its group that the parties have agreed are to be incorporated into the Solution;

  • Sponsor will not use Client Branding, or any other branding that is substantially similar to Client Branding, at or in connection with any other farmers’ market sponsored by Sponsor and not operated by Client including, without limitation, any successor market at the Site operated directly by Sponsor or by another market operator.

  • Any and all goodwill in Client Branding arising from D2L’s use of the Client Branding shall inure solely to the benefit of Client, and Client owns and retains all right, title, and interest to the Client Branding.

  • For marketing consistency, to the extent Sponsor produces promotional materials for the Market, Sponsor will use Client Branding elements and otherwise design its materials in a manner consistent with Client Branding as determined by Client in its sole discretion.

  • We will incorporate the Client Branding into the Platform in accordance with the Branding Guidelines.


More Definitions of Client Branding

Client Branding means any branding associated with or distinguishing the Client, including the Client’s entity name, trading name, website domain names, logos, trade names and trade marks. “Client Input Materials” are all data, information and documentation belonging to the Client or its licensors to which OTa is granted access and provided a license to use for the purposes of this Agreement.
Client Branding means the name, trade marks, trade names and logos of the Client; “Client Materials” means software, templates, screen designs, database structures, databases, literary works, artistic works, Confidential Information, data, or other materials owned by any of the Client and/or either of their third party licensors, provided to DWS for the purposes of this Agreement and the Services;
Client Branding means the Client’s logo and colour scheme (as agreed between the parties);

Related to Client Branding

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hosting or “Hosted” means the storing of software applications on a hosting provider’s servers, allowing customers to access a software solution or application through the internet.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.
