Client Libraries definition

Client Libraries mean any enabler code specifically designated as such and included in a SDK. Client Libraries may also be referred to as “DLLs”, and represent elements of the SDK required at runtime to communicate with Avaya products or other SDK elements.
Client Libraries means the Localytics Application-specific client libraries provided by Upland and installed within Customer’s App(s) for the purpose of collecting App User Data and sending such App User Data to Customer’s Instance.

Examples of Client Libraries in a sentence

  • Avaya shall have no obligation to provide support for the use of the SDK, or Licensee's application, services or solutions which may or may not include redistributable Client Libraries or Sample Application Code, to any third party to whom Licensee delivers such applications, services or solutions.

Related to Client Libraries

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Software means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code; databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, whether machine readable or otherwise; descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, screens, user interfaces, report formats, firmware, development tools, templates, menus, buttons and icons; and all documentation including user manuals and other training documentation related to any of the foregoing.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
