Client Personal Information means Personal Information provided to Accenture by or on behalf of Client in connection with the Agreement, in the form of Client Content;

Client Personal Information means any Client Data maintained by Client and processed by Provider solely on Client’s behalf, that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, to the extent that such information is protected as “personal information” (or an analogous variation of such term) under applicable U.S. Data Protection Laws.

Client Personal Information means information that relates to an identified or identifiable household or living individual that is provided by or on behalf of Client to PwC in connection with PwC's performance of Services pursuant to the Agreement. The categories of data subjects and types of Client Personal Information anticipated to be provided to PwC in connection with the performance of Services are set forth on the attached Schedule A, provided that, in the event the parties execute a Statement of Work pursuant to the Engagement Letter, such Statement of Work shall set forth the categories of data subjects and types of Client Personal Information to be provided to PwC in connection with its performance of Services thereunder. Client shall not provide PwC with Client Personal Information except as agreed by the parties and set forth in Schedule A or the applicable Statement of Work (if any). For the avoidance of doubt, Client Personal Information shall not include any information that has been anonymized such that the data no longer relates to an identified or identifiable household or living individual.

Examples of Client Personal Information in a sentence

Client and Provider hereby acknowledge and agree that in no event shall the transfer of Client Personal Information from Client to Provider pursuant to the Agreement constitute a sale of information to Provider, and that nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as providing for the sale of Client Personal Information to Provider.
The parties acknowledge and agree that with regard to the processing of Client Personal Information performed solely on behalf of Client, Provider is a Service Provider and receives Client Personal Information pursuant to the business purpose of providing the Services to Client in accordance with the Agreement.

More Definitions of Client Personal Information

Client Personal Information or “Client PI” means information about identified or identifiable individuals (“Personal Information” or “PI”) Processed by Xxxxxxxx under the Agreement.

Client Personal Information means any personal information (as defined in Section 13) transferred or disclosed to Diligent by or on behalf of Client pursuant to the Agreement.

Client Personal Information means Personal Information provided by the Client to FCM, its affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, representatives, agency workers, or end users to FCM pursuant to the provision of the Services or otherwise in connection with the Agreement.

Client Personal Information means any personal information that ON24 processes on behalf of Client in performing the Services.

Client Personal Information means any and all Personal Information provided by Client to MIMOSA, or to which MIMOSA is provided access, directly or indirectly.
