Clinical Activities definition

Clinical Activities mean any one or more of the activities associated with drug testing in humans, including trial design and execution, payment of investigators’, institutional, and contractors’ fees, drug distribution and accountability, analytical testing, data management, statistical analysis, adverse event reporting, and scientific publication, performed in pursuit of the Development and Commercialization of a Product.
Clinical Activities means those public health functions performed at Site by CCDPH in response to or in preparation for a public health related event. Clinical Activities may include, but are not limited to, physical assessments, epidemiological investigations, minor medical treatments, and the dispensing or administration of medications and vaccinations, including medications and vaccinations made available under an Emergency Use Authorization.
Clinical Activities means, with respect to each Agreement Product, any activities performed in connection with the preparation and performance of a human, clinical trial conducted in anticipation of the submission of any Filings, including without limitation trial design, investigator selection and training, trial monitoring, data collection and management, biostatistical analysis and data reporting.

More Definitions of Clinical Activities

Clinical Activities means authorization to provide one or more patient care services in the Hospital as an Allied Health Professional under the supervision of a Staff Member.
