Closing Transaction Documents definition

Closing Transaction Documents means the Contribution Agreement, the Limited Partnership Agreement, the Gathering and Processing Agreement, the Parent Subordinated Note, the Secondment Agreement and the Omnibus Agreement.

Closing Transaction Documents means the documents set forth on Schedule III hereto, each of which shall be executed and dated as of the Closing Date (as defined in Section 2(b) herein). Examples of Closing Transaction Documents in a sentence

• Each of the Initial Closing Transaction Documents to which Mission is a party shall have been duly executed and delivered by Mission.
