Cloud Customer definition

Cloud Customer means a Customer that is subscribed to Cloud Services under an order.
Cloud Customer mainly referred to in this document as “you” means the individual or legal entity that applied via the Application Form to become a Catalyst Cloud customer, and has been accepted as such by Catalyst;
Cloud Customer means the individual or legal entity described in the Application Form to become a cloud customer, who has been accepted as such by Catalyst;

  • As an available option of the Axway Managed Cloud, Customer may purchase ‘DR Environment in Separate HSP Region’, in which case Axway will provide a separate Disaster Recovery Environment in another HSP Region other than the Defined HSP Region to recover the Axway Managed Cloud and data processing independently of HSP restoring their services in the Defined HSP Region.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, although the Customer may select (where available) the region in which its Qlik Cloud Customer Content resides, including the EU, the ability to retain Qlik Cloud Customer Content (including Customer Personal Data) solely in-region is subject to how the Customer’s users of Qlik Cloud share and use applications and other technical particulars.

  • Tealeaf CX on Cloud Customer Experience Investigation Service Engagement delivers 40 hours of remotely delivered services, which includes evaluation of customer experience goals and opportunities and developing a roadmap for increasing usage and value of Tealeaf CX on Cloud.


More Definitions of Cloud Customer

Cloud Customer means any Person to which a CSP agrees to provide Cloud Services based on a Cloud Contract or other business relationship between the CSP and that Person.
