Cloud Customer definition

Cloud Customer means a Customer that is subscribed to Cloud Services under an order.
Cloud Customer mainly referred to in this document as “you” means the individual or legal entity that applied via the Application Form to become a Catalyst Cloud customer, and has been accepted as such by Catalyst;
Cloud Customer means Customer when Customer is subscribed to Cloud Services. “Cloud Services” shall mean the cloud-based services provided by iManage.

Examples of Cloud Customer in a sentence

  • If Customer is a Cloud Customer, Customer will receive Cloud Services Care as part of Customer’s cloud services subscription.

  • The TSO provides Support Services to the Internal Technical Representatives of Customer if: (a) Customer is a Cloud Customer, or (b) Customer is a Software Customer and is current on payment of Support Services fees.


More Definitions of Cloud Customer

Cloud Customer means the individual or legal entity described in the Application Form to become a cloud customer, who has been accepted as such by Catalyst;
