Cloud Services Schedule definition

Cloud Services Schedule means a document titled “Cloud Services Schedule” attached to the Quote containing additional details regarding the Cloud Services being provided to Customer with respect to the applicable Cloud Program components purchased by Customer, including: (i) Customer Data backup frequency, and, (ii) level of redundancy for the Customer Cloud Environment.
Cloud Services Schedule means a document(s) titled “Cloud Services Schedule related to one or more Cloud Application(s) that contains additional details regarding the Cloud Services being provided to Customer with respect to the applicable Cloud Program components purchased by Customer. In the absence of Cloud Service Schedule(s) being included within the Order Documents, Cloud Services Schedules may be found at https://www.hexagonsafetyinfrastructure.com/-
Cloud Services Schedule means a document(s) titled “Cloud Services Schedule” related to one or more Cloud Application(s) that contains additional details regarding the Cloud Services being provided to Customer with respect to the applicable Cloud Program components purchased by Customer. In the absence of Cloud Service Schedule(s) being included within the Order Documents, Cloud Services Schedules may be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/- /media/Legal/Hexagon/SI/TPS/CSS-LLP.pdf, which Schedules are incorporated into the Order as if fully set forth therein.

Related to Cloud Services Schedule

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);

  • Transition Services Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(h).

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Transitional Services Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 6.12.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
