Cloud Term definition

Cloud Term means the duration of a Cloud Program Sales Order.

Examples of Cloud Term in a sentence

  • The License Term, Maintenance Term, Managed Services Term, and Cloud Term for new Software shall be co-terminous with the existing License Term, Maintenance Term, Managed Services Term, and Cloud Term, respectively.

  • Upon expiration or termination of the Cloud Term, Client may resume On-Premises Deployment or ASP Services, subject to the terms of the Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions, during the Cloud Term, the Software licenses granted by PowerPlan must be used exclusively through the Cloud Services, and neither On-Premises Deployment nor ASP Services are permitted.

  • PowerPlan shall notify Client at least thirty (30) days prior to any Additional License Term, Additional Maintenance Term, Additional Managed Services Term, or Additional Cloud Term of any increase in annual Fees.

  • Fixed Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.3.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
