Community Declaration definition

Community Declaration means and refer to that certain First Amendment to and Restatement of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements, Reservations and Restrictions for Viera East Community (formerly referred to as Viera Southeast Community) recorded in Official Records Book 3225, Page 4071, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, as supplemented, restated and amended from time to time.
Community Declaration. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Aliso Viejo Community Association dated April 1, 1982, and recorded on April 6, 1982, as Instrument No. 82-118353, of the Official Records of Orange County, California, as amended from time to time.
Community Declaration means the Declaration of General Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Lely Resort recorded in Official Records Book 1513, Page 835, of the Public Records of the County and all amendments thereto, whereby portions of the real property at Lely Resort are set aside from time to time by the declarant of the Community Declaration in accordance with the plan for development set forth therein and whereby the maintenance of the land areas designated therein as "Common Areas", and other responsibilities of the Community Association, are made specifically applicable to Condominium Unit Owners to be collected by the Community Association from either the Condominium Unit Owner or the applicable Neighborhood Association via dues and initial, annual or special assessments, as provided therein. The Declaration of Neighborhood Covenants for Fala Bella Resort and Golf Club of Naples and Accompanying Check- In Facility recorded in Official Records Book * , Page * , of the Public Records of the County ("Neighborhood Declaration") is the document which designates Fala Bella Resort and Golf Club of Naples as a "Neighborhood" under the provisions of the Community Declaration.

  • If this is not possible, the Purchaser personally and on behalf of its successors-in-title, permitted successors and assigns acknowledges, agrees and undertakes for the benefit of the Master Developer and the other owners from time to time of any property in the Master Community that the Master Community Declaration is a restriction in perpetuity on the title to the Unit and is equally binding on all owners in the Master Community.

  • The Master Community is further described in the Master Community Declaration issued from time to time by the Master Developer which states the process of governance of the Master Community by the Master Developer.

  • Play structures, skateboard ramps, sports equipment, and trampolines are subject to the restrictions in the Community Declaration.

  • Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, capitalized terms or terms defined in the Community Declaration shall have the same meaning herein as set forth in the Community Declaration.

  • The Board has the authority to make or to authorize disbursements from any Operating Fund, Capital Improvement Fund or Reserve Fund per Section 8.7 of the Community Declaration.

Community Declaration means that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Verandah, which has been or is being recorded in the Public Records, and as such Community Declaration shall be amended or modified from time to time.

The Community Declaration authorizes Common Expenses and assessments (all as defined therein) to be levied against the owners. The Community Association may delegate the responsibility of collection of Common Expenses to the Association, in which case, the Association will collect the Common Expenses and remit same to the Community Association.

Related to Community Declaration

  • Community center means a center established under Subchapter A, Chapter 534.

  • Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Community basin means an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond, established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-4.2(c)14, that is designed and constructed in accordance with the New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual, or an alternate design, approved in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), for an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond and that complies with the requirements of this chapter.

  • community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.

  • Consent of the Partners means the Consent of Partners, other than the Preferred Limited Partners, holding Percentage Interests that in the aggregate are equal to or greater than a majority of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Partners, other than the Preferred Limited Partners, which Consent shall be obtained prior to the taking of any action for which it is required by this Agreement and may be given or withheld by such Partners, in their sole and absolute discretion.

  • Community water system means a public water system which serves at least 15 service connections used by year-round residents or regularly serves at least 25 year-round residents.

  • Community setting means a location outside a hospital inpatient, acute care setting or a hospital clinic setting. A community setting may include, but is not limited to, a home, group home, assisted living facility, correctional facility, hospice, or long-term care facility.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Community facilities means a specific work, or improvement within this state or a specific item of equipment or tangible personal property owned or operated by any political subdivision or nonprofit corporation and used within this state to provide any essential service to the general public;

  • Community facility means community room, clubhouse, recreation center or similar area for use by residents. Lobbies and laundry facilities must not be considered within the scope of this definition.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Public utility holding company means: (1) any company that,

  • Community Council or “Council” means a duly elected body of MNO citizens that represents a Charter Community,

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under Provincial Legislation.

  • Consent of the Limited Partners means the Consent of a Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners, which Consent shall be obtained prior to the taking of any action for which it is required by this Agreement and may be given or withheld by a Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, in their sole and absolute discretion.

  • Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.

  • Community agency means a person, a public or private nonprofit organization or a firm, partnership or business corporation operated for profit, which:
