CMCC AGREEMENT definition

CMCC AGREEMENT means that certain License Agreement entered into by and between ENTREMED and Children's Medical Center Corporation ("CMCC"), dated May 26, 1994, as amended to the date hereof, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
