Co-Collateral Agent definition

Co-Collateral Agent as defined in the Preamble hereto.

Co-Collateral Agent means General Electric Capital Corporation, in its capacity as co-collateral agent hereunder.

Co-Collateral Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.

• This Agreement and the other Loan Documents is binding on and inures to the benefit of each Credit Party, Agent, Co-Collateral Agent, Lender and their respective successors and assigns (including, in the case of any Credit Party, a debtor-in-possession on behalf of such Credit Party), except as otherwise provided herein or therein.

• Each of the Borrowers and Holdings hereby waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims that it may have against the Administrative Agent, the Co-Collateral Agent, the Joint Bookrunners, the Joint Lead Arrangers and the Lenders with respect to any breach or alleged breach of agency or fiduciary duty.

More Definitions of Co-Collateral Agent

Co-Collateral Agent means a financial institution appointed by the Collateral Agent in accordance with Sections 7.6(a) and 7.7 hereto to act as co-collateral agent for the Secured Parties.
