Examples of COBRA Portal in a sentence

  • All such information must be provided to WW by manually entering the information into the COBRA Portal or by uploading an appropriate file using the required file format (.csv, .txt, or .xlsx).

  • To the extent that Protected Health Information (“PHI”) (as defined in the HIPAA Regulations) is transmitted by Employer to WW or the COBRA Portal, Employer shall make any such transmission in a secure and encrypted manner, and in accordance with HIPAA, and other privacy rules and regulations.

  • COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the six-month anniversary thereof; provided, however, that in the event the Qualifying Termination occurs on or within 24 months following a Change in Control, then the COBRA Period instead shall end on the 12-month anniversary thereof.

  • COBRA Coverage means continued medical and dental coverage under the Company’s benefit plans, as determined under section 4980B of the Code.

  • COBRA means the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended.
