Collaboration Period definition

Collaboration Period means the period of time commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until expiration or earlier termination of the Research Agreement.
Collaboration Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on October 7, 2005, or such longer period as the parties may mutually agree to conduct Collaboration Projects under Section 4 below.

More Definitions of Collaboration Period

Collaboration Period shall begin on the Effective Date and last until the third anniversary of the Effective Date, and can extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
