Collaborative Period definition

Collaborative Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending July 27, 2016, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 14.
Collaborative Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending three years thereafter, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 3 or 15. The Collaborative Period will terminate after three years regardless of whether the Compound Research has been completed.

Examples of Collaborative Period in a sentence

  • Upon expiration of the Collaborative Period, the parties’ research and development obligations pursuant to this Section 3.1 will expire.

  • Payments for any period which is less than three (3) months of the Collaborative Period will be prorated based on the actual number of days in such period.

  • The Steering Committee will meet no later than thirty days after the Effective Date and at least four times per year during the Collaborative Period using mutually agreed upon meeting locations and formats including tele-conferencing and video-conferencing.

  • Scientific and management authority and responsibility for activities conducted under the Research Plan and Product Development and Commercialization will be governed by the Steering Committee; provided, however, that after the Collaborative Period, the parties will agree in writing to appoint a new committee to manage the activities under this Agreement.

  • The Steering Committee will meet at least four (4) times per year, unless otherwise agreed, during the Collaborative Period, and thereafter from time to time, using mutually agreed upon meeting locations and formats including teleconferencing and videoconferencing.

Collaborative Period means (i) in the case of […***…] Program I the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending three (3) years thereafter; and (ii) in the case of […***…] Program II the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending four (4) years thereafter, unless extended by Ajinomoto as provided above.

Collaborative Period in Appendix A of the Agreement is hereby amended such that the […***…] Phase will end upon expiration or earlier termination of the […***…] Phase. All other definitions in the Agreement will remain unchanged.
