Collaborative Project definition

Collaborative Project means a project undertaken by two or more Collaborating Institutions, as named on page 1 of this Agreement.
Collaborative Project means any collaborative enzyme evolution project in the GSK Exclusive Field agreed by the JSC as such prior to the commencement of such collaborative enzyme evolution project, using the Platform Technology where both Codexis and GSK perform the research plan to identify a GSK Selected Enzyme.
Collaborative Project means a project undertaken by two or more Collaborating Institutions, as named on page 1 of this Agreement. Commencement Date shall have the meaning set out in Section 5 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Collaborative Project

Collaborative Project means the joint research and development collaboration of the Parties described in Article 2 of this Agreement, in Exhibit C and in the annual workplans prepared in coordination with the applicable Research and Development Committees, pursuant to which the parties shall test, evaluate and identify compounds as Potential Compounds, shall test and evaluate Potential Compounds and chemical modifications of Potential Compounds as potential Chemical Lead Compounds, and shall chemically modify, test and evaluate Compounds as potential Clinical Candidates.
Collaborative Project means a project or arrangement between the Sax Institute and one or more third parties, such as a joint research project. It does not include:
Collaborative Project means a research and/or development program conducted jointly by Shionogi and Lilly in the Field or clinical studies relating to the research and/or development program which is conducted jointly by Shionogi and Lilly in the Field, in connection with the Collaboration Agreement.
Collaborative Project means a single Project involving two or more Collaborators.
Collaborative Project means the collaborative projects supported under Collaborative Scientific Research programme and Industry- Academia Research & Development Programme of CEFIPRA & jointly implemented by French and Indian partners.
