Collateral Valuation Date definition

Collateral Valuation Date means a date on which the Collateral Calculation Agent determines the marked to market value of the Collateral Assets in the relevant Collateral Pool and, if MTM Collateralisation or Partial MTM Collateralisation is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the marked to market value of the relevant Secured Securities, on such periodic basis as is specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Collateral Valuation Date means, in respect of a Series of Notes, each Business Day from (but excluding) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the Maturity Date, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Issue Terms;
Collateral Valuation Date means, at the option of the Calculation Agent, either (i) each Business Day or (ii) weekly, on a day to be specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to the Exchange Agreement.
