Giving notices. (a) A notice under this Deed is only given if it is in writing and is delivered, posted or emailed (as appropriate) to the Notice Address. (b) The Owner must give a notice or any other information or document to the Minister by giving it to the Minister’s Representative at the Notice Address, unless the Minister or Minister’s Representative has advised it is required to be given specifically to the Minister. (c) A party may change their Notice Address by giving the other parties at least 5 Business Days written notice of the changed details.

Giving notices. (a) A Notice relating to this document: (i) may be given by an Authorised Person of, or the solicitors for, the relevant party; (ii) must be in writing; and (iii) must, subject to clause 14.1(b), be: (A) left at the address of the addressee in Australia stated in (B) sent by prepaid ordinary post to the address of the addressee in Australia stated in the Schedule 1; (C) sent by facsimile to the facsimile number of the addressee in Australia stated in the Schedule 1; or (D) sent by email to the email address of the addressee stated in the Schedule 1. (b) A party may change their address, facsimile number or email address for the giving of Notices at any time by giving Notice to the other parties.
Giving notices. 30.1 We may give you notices by: (a) giving it personally to you; (b) leaving it at your last known Billing Address/Installation Address; (c) posting it by ordinary mail in a prepaid envelope to your last known Billing Address/ Installation Address; (d) to the facsimile machine at your last known Billing Address/Installation Address; or (e) where you have authorised us to provide you with Documents Electronically, by email to your Nominated Email Address. Court Documents may be served the same way. 30.2 A notice is taken to be given by you: (a) if given personally, when it is received by you; (b) if left at your Billing Address/Installation Address, when left; (c) if posted, when it would be delivered in the ordinary course of post, but no later than 3 Business Days after it is posted; or (d) if transmitted by facsimile, when the machine sending the facsimile reports (for example, by a confirmation of transmission print out) that the notice was sent to your facsimile number; or (e) if sent Electronically, on the date it bears or the date it is received at your Nominated Email Address, whichever is the later. 30.3 You must give us notices by: (a) posting it by ordinary mail in a prepaid envelope to our postal address: THORN AUSTRALIA PTY LTD PO Box 6244 Silverwater NSW 1811; or (b) giving it to, or in the case of court Documents, serving it on one of our employees at our business address Level 0, 00 Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Chullora, New South Wales 2190; or (c) emailing it to xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.xx or any other email address we tell you; or (d) where the Consumer Protection Legislation requires or permits a notice or other Document to be given, any other means permitted by the Consumer Protection Legislation.
Giving notices. 22.1 A notice, consent, information, application or request that must or may be given or made to a party under this Contract is only given or made if it is in writing and: 22.1.1 delivered or posted to that party at its address as set out in the Contract; or 22.1.2 posted or faxed to that party’s settlement agent. If a party gives the other party 3 Business Days’ notice of a change of its address or fax number, a notice, consent, information, application or request is only given or made by that other party if it is delivered, posted or faxed to the latest address or fax number. 22.2 A notice, consent, information, application or request is to be treated as given or made at the following time: 22.2.1 if it is delivered, when it is left at the relevant address. 22.2.2 if it is sent by post, 2 Business Days after it is posted. 22.2.3 if it is sent by fax, as soon as the sender receives from the sender’s fax machine a report of an error free transmission to the correct fax number. If a notice, consent, information, application or request is delivered, or an error free transmission report in relation to it is received, after the normal business hours of the party to whom it is sent, it is to be treated as having been given or made at the beginning of the next Business Day.
Giving notices. All notices and other communications provided to any party hereto under this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be in writing (including telex or facsimile) and addressed or delivered to such party: (a) in the case of the Company, the Administrative Agent or the Servicing Agent, at its address, facsimile number or telex number set forth on the signature pages hereof, (b) in the case of any Lender, at its address, facsimile number or telex number set forth in its Administrative Questionnaire, (c) in the case of any Eligible Subsidiary, to it care of the Company and (d) in the case of any party, such other address, facsimile number or telex number as such party may hereafter specify for the purpose by notice to the Agents and the Company. All such notices shall be effective when received at the address specified above.

Giving notices. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement or under any applicable mandatory law, all notices between the Parties in relation to this Agreement shall be in writing (including email) and in English language, signed by a duly authorized representative and sent to the relevant Party for the attention of the contact and to the address details specified in clause 8.2, by any means evidencing reception, which for the purposes of this Agreement shall include registered mail, burofax, overnight courier, email, notarial delivery and delivery by hand. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice shall take effect upon receipt and shall be deemed to have been received: (a) if delivered by registered mail or burofax, on the delivery date recorded by the postal office. In the event that the notice is rejected or cannot be delivered due to the absence of the addressee, the relevant delivery date will be the date when the notice delivery was first attempted, as recorded by the relevant postal office; (b) if delivered by overnight courier, on the delivery date recorded by the courier company. In the event that the notice is rejected or cannot be delivered due to the absence of the addressee, the relevant delivery date will be the date when the notice delivery was first attempted, as recorded by the relevant courier company; (c) if delivered by email, on the delivery date indicated in the electronic confirmation of delivery; (d) if delivered by notarial means, on the delivery date indicated by the relevant Notary Public or evidenced in the relevant notarial deed. In the event that the notice is rejected or cannot be delivered due to the absence of the addressee, the relevant delivery date will be the date when the notice delivery was first attempted, as evidenced in the relevant notarial deed; and (e) if delivered by hand, on the date of signature of a delivery receipt. If deemed receipt under the previous paragraphs of this clause 8.1 would occur outside business hours (meaning 9.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday on a day that is not a public holiday in the place of deemed receipt), receipt shall be deemed to occur at 9.00 am on the day when business next starts in the place of deemed receipt. For the purposes of this clause, all references to time are to local time in the place of deemed receipt.
