Collections Policies definition

Collections Policies means the policies, procedures and practices for the Program with respect to collections, account closures, charge-offs, recoveries and similar matters, as the foregoing may be changed in accordance with this Agreement.
Collections Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(b).
Collections Policies means the policies, procedures, guidelines and methodologies attached hereto as Schedule 10, as such policies, procedures, guidelines and methodologies may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 6.16(b), it being agreed and understood that the Borrower may deliver Schedule 10 to the Administrative Agent at any time prior to January 31, 2017.

  • The Collections Managers shall discuss any proposed changes to the Collections Policies and work to resolve any Disputes between the parties regarding collections matters.

  • Subject to Section 3.6, Company shall at all times comply in all material respects with Applicable Law affecting its obligations under this Agreement, the Risk Management Policies, the Collections Policies and the Compliance Practices.

  • The Servicer shall at all times during the Term and continuing until the end of the Term comply in all material respects, to the extent applicable to it, with the Risk Management Policies, Collections Policies and Operating Procedures.

  • The Servicer shall perform applicable Services in compliance with the Risk Management Policies, Program Privacy Policy and Collections Policies, as in effect from time to time, as of any applicable date of determination.

  • Such Agreements and Declarations of Trust, rules, regulations and policies, including Collections Policies, of such Funds together with any restatement or amendments thereto, are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.

  • The Servicer shall accelerate the maturity of all or any Scheduled Payments under any Loan included in the Asset Pool under which a default under the terms thereof has occurred and is continuing (after the lapse of any applicable grace period) promptly after such Loan becomes a Defaulted Loan; provided, however, that so long as FIB or the Servicer Assignee is the Servicer the Servicer shall collect all Defaulted Loans in accordance with the Credit and Collections Policies.

Collections Policies means the policies, procedures and practices for the Program with respect to collections, account closures, charge-offs, recoveries and similar matters.
Collections Policies means, (a) with respect to Leases, the policies, procedures, guidelines and methodologies attached hereto as Schedule 10, as such policies, procedures, guidelines and methodologies may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 6.16(b), and (b) with respect to Retail Loans, the servicing policies, procedures, guidelines and methodologies of the Bank Partner described in Exhibit H of the Bank Partner Loan Program Agreement, as such policies, procedures, guidelines and methodologies may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 6.16(a) and as permitted by the Acknowledgement Agreement.
Collections Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(b). “Company” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Related to Collections Policies

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Credit and Collection Policy means the Originators’ credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

Reinsurance Agreements shall include, but not be limited to, any agreement, contract, treaty, certificate or other arrangement that is treated as such by the applicable Department.

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Lockbox Agreements means collectively, the Lockbox Account Agreement and the Lockbox Processing Agreement.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
