Service Employees has the meaning given in Section 12.6(g).

Service Employees means those employees of NCM Inc. who devote all or a portion of their working time to the performance of the Management Services and whose (i) job title(s) and (ii) initial estimated Attributable Employee Cost are set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as may be amended from time to time. Service Employees include and will include any former Service Employee to whom NCM Inc. has ongoing obligations.

More Definitions of Service Employees

Service Employees means those employees of NBI who devote all or a portion of their working time to the performance of the Management Services. Service Employees include and will include any former Service Employee to whom NBI has ongoing obligations.

Service Employees means those employees of RE/MAX Inc. who devote all or a portion of their working time to the performance of the Management Services. Service Employees include and will include any former Service Employee to whom RE/MAX Inc. has ongoing obligations.

The Service Levels are set forth in Schedule B (Service Levels). Service Tower is a term used in certain circumstances under this Agreement to subdivide the Services into three high-level groups of Services: Operations, Network and Disaster Recovery.

Service Employees as used in this agreement is intended to cover the classifications and employees covered under the Independent Contractors Agreement.

Service Employees means maritime service employees including deckhands and assistants to the Executive Staff, but excluding dockside, casino, food, beverage and gift shop personnel.
