Combination Transaction Documents definition

Combination Transaction Documents means, collectively, the Combination Transaction Agreement, the Combination Transaction Order, the Combination Transaction Motion, and any and all other agreements, documents, certificates, designations, and instruments delivered, relating to, executed in connection with the Combination Transaction, including, but not limited to, any agreement and plan of merger, or stock or asset purchase agreements, and any related pleadings or documents.
Combination Transaction Documents means, collectively, the Combination Transaction Agreement, the Combination Transaction Order, the Combination Transaction Motion, and any and all other agreements, documents, certificates, designations, and instruments delivered, relating to, executed in connection with the Combination Transaction, including, but not limited to, any agreement and plan of merger, or stock or asset purchase agreements, and any related pleadings or documents, each in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Required Consenting Senior Noteholders, [the Majority Lenders, and the Majority Exit Facility Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with Article I.A.65 herein.].
Combination Transaction Documents means the Combination Agreement, the B&W Opco Formation Agreement, the Lane Stock Purchase Agreement, the Parent Intercompany Note and all other agreements, instruments and documents entered into or delivered in connection with the Combination Transactions, in each case as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
