Combined Solution definition

Combined Solution means the combination of the Reseller Application and the Platform.
Combined Solution means the combination of GLOVIA OM and SFDC Service provided by Fujitsu to You.
Combined Solution means a Software Product developed by LS that LS licenses to Customer and which (i) includes the Microsoft Base Software, (ii) adds significant and primary functionality to the Microsoft Base Software, and (iii) may include software that LS acquires from third parties.

  • Each party shall comply with the export laws and regulations of the United States and other applicable jurisdictions in providing and using GLOVIA OM, the SFDC Service, the Platform or the Combined Solution.

  • These Terms govern the Combined Solution provided to You by Fujitsu in connection with Fujitsu’s provision of the Combined Solution to You.

  • If the Granting Party is Reseller, its Marks are its name, the name of the Reseller Application and Combined Solution, and such associated designs and logos as specified or approved in writing by Reseller in its discretion from time to time.


More Definitions of Combined Solution

Combined Solution shall have the meaning set forth in the Sales and Marketing Agreement.
Combined Solution means the combination of Services with the SFDC Services that Aforza is authorized by SFDC to use or resell in combination with the Services. Customer may use the SFDC Services solely as part of the Combined Solution. Customer may use the SFDC Services solely to use the functionality of the Combined Solution in the form it has been provided to Customer by Aforza. Unless otherwise indicated in an Order Form, Customer may not use the SFDC Services to create or use custom objects beyond those that appear in the Combined Solution in the form that it has been provided to Customer by Aforza. If Customer’s access to the Combined Solution provides Customer with access to any SFDC Services functionality within it that is in excess of the functionality described in the Services user guide, Customer agrees to not access or use such functionality. Customer agrees that Xxxxxxxx’s noncompliance with the terms set forth in this paragraph would be a material breach of the Agreement.
Combined Solution means the combination of the Netgen Product and the unbundled MicroStrategy Product, distributed as permitted under Section 2.2.6.
Combined Solution means the Propertybase Subscription Services, to the extent they include any SFDC Services.
Combined Solution means a Reseller Application that has been combined with OEM Services to create a Reseller solution that is marketed, sold and supported by and on behalf of Reseller. A Combined Solution must (i) add significant or primary functionality to the Software (i.e. dashboards, code editors, utilities and similar technologies are not considered primary functionality of a Combined Solution), (ii) have the Customer Application be the primary functionality of the Combined Solution, (iii) not allow direct access to the Software by an End User, (iv) be delivered to End Users over the internet or private network while residing on Equipment (i.e. the Combined Solution may not be loaded onto an End User’s device) and (v) be used only with a Customer-owned Application, except that such Application may include non- substantive third party software that is embedded in, or operates in support of, the Application.
