Commencement of the Development definition

Commencement of the Development means the earliest date upon which any material operations are begun in accordance with the provisions of Section 56(4) of the Act save for the purposes of this Undertaking none of the following operations shall constitute a material operation:-
Commencement of the Development means the date on which the first construction activity occurs in accordance with the EIA Report submitted by the Company on 16 March 2018;
Commencement of the Development means the date on which the first vessel arrives on Site to begin construction;

  • Commencement of the Development cannot take place until such approval is granted.

  • Prior to the Commencement of the Development, the Company must at its own expense, and with the approval of the Scottish Ministers in consultation with SNH, appoint an independent Environmental Clerk of Works (“ECoW”).

  • The Company must, no later than six months prior to the Commencement of the Development, submit a Vessel Management Plan (“VMP”), in writing, to the Scottish Ministers for their written approval.

More Definitions of Commencement of the Development

Commencement of the Development means the carrying out of a material operation as defined in Section 54(6) of the Act in relation to the Development
Commencement of the Development means the date on which the first construction activity occurs in accordance with the Environmental Statement submitted by the Company on 30 July 2012.
